Calorie Counter does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds for:

• Prescription medications

• Injectable medications

• Pre-filled syringes or vials

• Supplements

• Sprays

• Injections administered in the clinic

• Weight-loss programs, packages, or prepaid services

• Any other product or service purchased through Calorie Counter

This policy applies whether an item is opened, unopened, used, unused, refrigerated, or non-refrigerated.

Patients are responsible for reviewing their purchase, medication, dosage, pricing, and treatment plan before leaving the clinic. Once a product has been dispensed, a service has been provided, or payment has been processed, the purchase cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

By completing a purchase, the patient acknowledges and agrees to Calorie Counter’s Return and Refund Policy.
