Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Nope! We take walk-ins only.
If you're a new patient or need a prescription renewal, please arrive at least one hour before closing to ensure we have enough time to take care of you.
Will insurance cover my visit?
We don’t bill insurance, but we gladly accept Flex Spending (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards for eligible services.
How often do I need to see the doctor?
After your initial visit, you’ll need to see the doctor every six months to stay on track. Don’t worry—these follow-ups are completely free!
How do I get my refill?
All medications are dispensed right here in our clinic for your convenience. Just sign in at the front desk—one of our nurses will check your weight and chat with you about any side effects. Or, feel free to use one of our self-serve scales!
We’ll call you up when your medication is ready.
Need a refill? We accept call-in and text refill requests—just ask the front desk to activate text services for your account.

Appetite suppressants are prescription medications that work by stimulating the central nervous system to decrease hunger signals, making it easier to stick to a reduced-calorie diet. They are most effective when used alongside a healthy eating plan and lifestyle changes.
How often can I get my B12/HCG and Lipo injections?
For optimal results, our injections are recommended once a week. When taken consistently, most patients begin seeing noticeable changes within 4–6 weeks.
